Experience a day at the Y on us with a complimentary one-day guest pass. This is a great way to visit your local Y, take a tour and try out some of the amenities before making a final decision. We promise that once you see all that we have to offer and meet our friendly staff, you will be ready to join! Request a pass by stopping at the Welcome Desk at any of our locations.

Workplace Wellness is a partnership between the Y and your company or organization designed to help reshape your workplace culture to promote employee wellness while simultaneously supporting your local community with benefits that go beyond individual fitness.

Frequently Asked Questions

Monthly memberships offer flexibility with no contract, but the rate may be higher, and a joining fee may apply. An Annual Agreement locks in a lower rate for 12 months with no joining fee.

Membership types are based on your age and household size. We offer several options:

    • Teen (13-17)
    • Young Adult (18-25)
    • Adult (26-61)
    • Two Adults (26-61)
    • One Adult Household (1 Adult plus legal dependents in household)
    • Household (2 Adults plus legal dependents in household)
    • Senior (62+)
    • Senior Household (two seniors, one over 62, plus legal dependents in household).

The maximum number of people that can be on your membership is determined by the number that reside in your household. We are proud to offer flexible membership options for every person and family designed to help you live your healthiest life. We offer a wide variety of membership options for adults, families, young adults and seniors and everyone will be able to find a membership type that is applicable to their household. 

Yes, a one-time joining fee may apply when you purchase a month-to-month membership. 

Serving the community is a large part of who we are. If cost is a barrier for you and/or your family, please contact one of our membership representatives about our Financial Assistance program. Financial Assistance cannot be applied to Annual Agreements.

A membership gives you access to all four home Arlington-Mansfield Area YMCA locations, along with 30+ locations in the DFW metroplex and 2,600+ participating YMCA locations across the United States and Canada.

Your first visit is on us! Drop by any of our locations with a valid ID to receive a free day pass on your first visit. Regular guest pass fees are $10 for the day, $20 for the week, or $25 for a family day pass.
